AidaIDE 1.0.0 — First Stable Release

What 1.0 means

• Out of beta: the "-Beta" suffix is gone. 1.0.0 ships on the stable channel and is the baseline all future OTA updates build on.
• Same free core: the SSH + SFTP workspace is free forever — no license key. The Pro key still unlocks the AI suite.
• Release safety net: this build ships with a new blocking launch-smoke gate in CI — the real high-risk surfaces are constructed and driven before a release can go out.

In-app updater fixed (headline)

• The desktop auto-updater now parses the live signed manifest, verifies the Ed25519 signature, and downloads and applies the installer correctly. Earlier builds could not reliably receive OTA updates — 1.0.0 is the build that keeps every install current from here on.

Live Agents — attach to real devices

• Device picker: attach agents to a saved connection or a fleet device — fleet devices connect directly from FleetConfig, no re-entry.
• SSH bridge: agents attach to the live session and reach the device filesystem, including Windows-over-SSH paths and multi-route device writes.
• Team runs: unified hierarchy roster with multi-step Team runs and a Command Center receipt bridge, so a team of agents can run a real multi-step job against a remote file.

Save Remote on Windows repaired

• Files save to Windows hosts over SSH reliably: SFTP is used whenever the channel is alive, a PowerShell -EncodedCommand path adds read-back verification, and the root cause — assuming a PowerShell launcher on the exec channel's PATH — is fixed by probing for a runnable one.

Terminal honesty (desktop + web)

• Scrollback-trim notices: both terminals stop silently discarding output when the scrollback cap is hit.
• Scroll-lock / follow mode: streaming output no longer yanks the view to the bottom while you're scrolled up reading.
• Web PTY resize and command-history recall close the biggest gaps between the web terminal and the desktop one.

Fleet & camera honesty

• The dashboard stops trusting raw "online" claims on both device surfaces; the Fleet sidebar shows errors honestly (error + Retry) instead of a false-empty list.
• Camera Grid Viewer shows real feed liveness — LIVE / STALE / CONNECTING / NO SIGNAL — and the Cloud Portal gains a live device-status pill.

Also in this release

• LCOT command packs: the pack marketplace is actually reachable, placeholder/flag prompts ask for the right values, and the aggressive-scan tier is real end to end.
• Protocol Wizard: the ICS Traffic Analyzer is wired into the wizard, with an OPC-UA card fix.
• Security defaults: OTA deployments require HTTPS with target validation, firmware-snapshot rollback API, and SIEM connections verify SSL by default.
• Repo-wide bug-hunt pass: Hierarchy Builder open path restored plus eight more runtime fixes.

Coming from 0.5.77 or earlier? Grab the installer below — the reliable updater ships in 1.0.0, so older betas may not pick this release up over the air. Your settings, vault, and connections carry over unchanged, and from 1.0.0 onward updates arrive in place via the built-in updater (Settings → Updates).
