## Wes: finish Submit (once)

1. Open https://search.google.com/search-console → property **aidaide.app**
2. Left menu → **Sitemaps**
3. Enter: `sitemap.xml` → **Submit**
4. Confirm status **Success** (or “Pending” then Success after fetch)
5. Bookmark **Performance → Search results** (queries / clicks / position scoreboard)
6. After 2–3 days: **Indexing → Pages** for coverage errors

## Done criteria (task DoD)

- Sitemap shows **Success** in GSC → **Wes completes after login**
- Know where Performance report is → documented above + on `/gsc-sitemap`

Agent-shipped proof is the preflight + ops page. Full DoD Success badge requires the owner Google session.
