<p>Saving changes the desktop bindings on this PC. The running desktop applies checked changes on its Tk loop; inactive desktop state is shown separately. This page never executes a shortcut action. Imported action IDs without a registered desktop callback remain inactive. The native when field is metadata only.</p>

<p>Use native plus-separated keys such as Control+s or Alt+F4. Context-specific bindings take priority over global bindings. Chord choices share their first key, with a 1500 ms timeout. A simple binding on the same first key takes native priority and is reported as a conflict.</p>
