<p>Pipeline JSON retains native metadata. Use the step controls to add, remove or reorder steps; edit their agent labels, prompts, inputs, outputs, retry counts and timeouts in the draft.</p>

<section><h2>Run selected saved pipeline</h2><p>Run uses the saved version. Save your draft first. File input and output must stay inside the selected existing project. Apply to Editor replaces the reviewed selected range or inserts at its cursor in the visible browser draft below. The native runner waits for browser readback; this does not save a workspace file or modify a desktop Tk editor.</p>
